Biography
Alexandra Cruz has been part of the QUANTUM team for over ten years, participating in all activities related to the professional fields of administration, accounting, and finance.
She has participated in numerous consulting projects in Brazil for regulated companies in the Brazilian electricity sector. Among the most relevant projects she contributed to are the following: Operational Due Diligence – CELG for IFC International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group); 2nd tariff review cycle for Amazonas Energia; 4th Tariff Review Cycle for the companies Celesc, Celpa, Cemar, Elektro, Eletropaulo, and Cepisa; 5th Tariff Review Cycle for the companies Elektro and CEEE; Load Characterization Campaign for the companies COPEL, Energisa/Celtins, and Tariff Structure for Cepisa.
In the natural gas sector, Alexandra participated in the following consulting services:
Natural Gas Study for ADASA; Development of the methodology for calculating the X Factor for the companies CEG and Ceg Rio S.A.; Development and Application of the Tariff Review Methodology for ARESC; Asset Evaluation for ARSP; Tariff Structure for Copergás; Load Characterization Campaign and Assistance in the Tariff Review for Natural Gas São Paulo Sul; Regulatory Support for SEDE MG. Additionally, in other sectors, such as projects for the 3rd Tariff Review Cycle for ABRADEE; Regulatory Support for ARCE; Adjustment and Tariff Review for Copasa; Regulatory Framework for the companies ARG and ARSP.
Previously, she was the administrative coordinator at Acqua Sports, managing all administrative, personnel, and financial processes, accumulating over 15 years of experience in the administrative and financial area.
