Biography
Yohana Gonzalez is an HR Analyst at Quantum. Her main role is to create the necessary spaces for continuous monitoring of human resources, staying attentive to their evolution by listening to their needs and facilitating ongoing exchange and feedback between the parties to make adjustments in the internal tools that improve the quality and performance of employees in their daily activities, cooperating in the implementation and proposing actions for continuous improvement.
Her responsibilities include managing recruitment and selection of candidates, managing internal benefits, and overseeing authorizations and special permits.
Yohana has been part of the Córdoba Association of Human Resources Professionals (APRHC), where she carried out the recruitment and pre-selection process for candidates in the Employment Exchange Committee, providing the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally within the Human Resources field.
