Biography
María Noel Medina is a student of the Bachelor’s in Economics at the National University of Córdoba (Argentina), currently in the final stage of thesis submission. She is currently working at Quantum as a Junior Consultant in the field of regulated public services in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Previously, María Noel was involved in activities related to the generation and monitoring of performance indicators for public services.
She also prepared tariff technical reports and benchmarking in the Costs and Tariffs area of the Regulatory Body for Public Services of Córdoba (ERSeP).
