Laura Ferreyra Fluxa is the Manager of Administration and Finance at Quantum.
She is responsible for managing the financial resources of the company and its subsidiaries.
Under her supervision are the areas of general administration, accounting, taxes, treasury, human resources, personnel, legal, contracts, and systems.
She is focused on Management Control, financial statement forecasting, tax planning, and budget management.
She has solid experience in administration, process change management, design and improvement of information systems and management processes, planning, goal setting, teamwork, and development of the personnel under her responsibility.
