Biography
Carolina Rodríguez holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the National University of Córdoba and a Master’s in Human Resources. She currently works as a Consultant at Quantum, where she focuses on the strategic management of human resources. As an external consultant, she has provided services to governments at various levels: national, provincial, and municipal in Argentina, and has participated in programs funded by international organizations such as the IDB, World Bank, PAHO, AECID, EASP, across Latin America, with notable work in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil, and Chile.
She has participated in consulting projects related to the healthcare, transportation, and energy sectors.
She has also been a university professor at both undergraduate and graduate levels at institutions such as the Catholic University of Córdoba, Siglo 21 University, Technological University of Córdoba, and University of Congreso.
She is also the author of the books: Organizational Diagnosis, Human Resources Seminar, and Theory and Practice of Motivation, within the academic publications of the IES Siglo 21 University Institute.
The topics she has been most passionate about throughout her professional career are related to organizational diagnosis, analysis and design of organizations, and consulting for change processes. She stands out in the general management of human talent within organizations.
