Biography
Anabella Novara, a certified Public Accountant with a specialization in Oil and Natural Gas Economics, has over 20 years of experience in the Utilities sector.
She currently serves as a Project Manager on studies related to the water and sanitation sector, as well as on Regulatory Accounting projects associated with sectors such as Electricity, Water and Sanitation, Natural Gas, Ports, and Transportation, among others.
She has participated in and led numerous studies, notably projects focused on the development of regulatory accounting information systems and ABC costing, as well as projects related to the development of regulatory frameworks and tariff models, primarily for the water and sanitation sector.
The projects in which she has been involved span various countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Peru, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, Cameroon, and Mozambique.
These experiences in diverse settings allow for the generation of enriching contributions and solutions for each project undertaken.
She has been a speaker at over 10 public services regulation seminars organized by QUANTUM and In-Company seminars for regulated companies or public service regulators.
Prior to joining QUANTUM, she worked for six months in the management control area of the electric distributors RE Chisinau, RED Centro, and RED Sud, which belong to the Unión FENOSA group, located in the Republic of Moldova.
Previously, she served as a consultant at Montamat & Asociados, participating as an auditor in hydrocarbon royalty control projects.
