Biography
Carlos Morosoli is an Industrial Engineer and currently holds the position of General Manager at Quantum do Brasil. His main role is to oversee and coordinate consulting projects, plan their execution, and actively participate in the review and presentation of study results.
With over 19 years of experience at Quantum, Carlos has developed a vast career as a consultant specializing in regulated public services, with an emphasis on the Brazilian market. He has been actively involved in numerous and diverse projects related to the regulation of public services, mainly in the sectors of Electric Energy, Piped Gas, Water and Sanitation, and Public Passenger Transport.
Among his work, projects can be cited such as Periodic Tariff Reviews, Tariff Adjustments, Asset Base Definition, Efficient Operational Costs, and Tariff Structure, among others.
In addition, Carlos has coordinated Economic-Financial Evaluation projects for companies and assets in M&A processes, including technical-operational evaluations and business modeling, projecting all relevant variables for determining the value of the business.
Carlos also has outstanding experience as a speaker at various public service regulation and tariff calculation seminars organized by Quantum, as well as other relevant sector events.
He has also co-authored articles in books and academic publications addressing topics related to regulatory methodologies and their application to regulated public services.
