Mario founded Quantum 19 years ago and has specialized in the structural conception and design of incentive regulation mechanisms, in the framework of the privatization processes of the electricity and natural gas sectors in Latin America. Mario has more than 25 years of experience in the area of Distribution, Transmission and Generation of Electricity and Gas Distribution.

Fernando has more than 15 years of experience as a consultant of public services mainly in Latin America. He has participated in numerous works of regulation of public utilities in America, as well as in countries of Europe, Africa and Oceania. Additionally, he was Project Manager of numerous studies among which stand out: Financial Models, Studies on the development of natural gas, Tools for Monitoring the Oligopolic Behaviour in the MEM (Wholesales Electricity Market), among others.

Damián has 15 years of experience in the Electricity sector and 5 years in the Water and Sanitation sector. He has coordinated and actively participated in projects of management analysis from economic-financial models; Pre-feasibility studies of photovoltaic generation projects; projects to define regulatory frameworks and tariff studies in the electricity, natural gas, water and sanitation sector in Latin America.

Tristan has worked in Quantum for 18 years and currently works mainly in the area of Electricity. He has participated actively in more than 50 tariff studies conducted by Quantum in various countries of America, Europe, Africa and Oceania. Tristan´s activity in tariff studies is complemented by a sustained participation in load characterization studies in Ex-ante campaign design, stratification, draw and planification of installation/removal of meters, processing of the information collected from the field (load characterization), among others.

Elías has more than 10 years of experience in the field of regulated public services in Latin America, with special knowledge of the Brazilian market. He participated and directed more than 20 studies among those that stand out: Design of an incentive mechanism for distributed generation development in Chile for the Chilean Ministry of Energy; Review of tariff methodologies for the fourth cycle in Brazil for companies of the AES groups, among others.

María José has worked in Quantum for the past 5 years and currently works as a senior consultant specialised in the area of economic regulation, she has participated in the development of tariff calculations and analysis of regulatory methodologies. María José has developed Macroeconomic Studies of analysis of the country and energy sector (transmission and distribution of electricity and transport and distribution of natural gas) of several Latin American countries; she also participated in the physical valuation of the Brazilian distributor CELG and also in various tariff calculations.

Ana has worked in Quantum for 12 years, she has managed numerous studies in the electricity sector, has also actively participated as consultant in more than 12 tariff studies on the distribution and transportation of natural gas in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and India. Ana was also an exhibitor in numerous seminars and in-company training in the area of public services regulation.

Currently, Dr. De Santis works in Quantum as Senior Consultant and expert in Quantitative Methods. She has nine years of experience in the field of regulated public services, and has participated in numerous works of regulation of public utilities in several countries of Latin America. She also works as a teacher (by contest) of Microeconomics at the Faculty of Economics University in the National University of Cordoba (UNC).

Julián joined Quantum in 2016. He works as a Junior Consultant participating in the execution of projects and studies in different areas, working together with the most experienced consultants. Currently, he is in the process of training and learning, penetrating the specific contents of the sector.

José has worked for Quantum for 3 years and he is an expert consultant in the area of economic and financial assessment models, consultancy and evaluation of regulation and technical support in analysis and projections, Benchmarking studies, working mainly in the technical, methodological and operational support of studies related to the Tariff Structure of public services and the study of formulas for Tariff Calculation for the rendering of the same.

He is a Mechanical Electrical Engineer (UNC, National University of Córdoba, 1965), having taken postgraduate courses in Nuclear Engineering (UNC and National Atomic Energy Commission) and specialization in telesupervision and telecontrol (ACTIM, Agence pour la Coopération Technique, Industrielle et Économique, France).
He has more than 30 years of experience in the area of electricity and for 12 years he has been a consultant for Quantum.
