Víctor Iacobelli is a Senior Consultant at Quantum. He is an expert in measurement campaigns. He earned a degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering from the National University of Córdoba in 1980.

He has developed software for planning and subsequent processing of measurement campaign data in electricity distribution companies.
