Fernando Damonte is a Business Manager for the Electricity Area. He earned his degree in Industrial Engineering from the Catholic University of Córdoba and is a PhD candidate in Economics at Florida University.
He has taken part in several public service company regulation projects in Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico as well as in different tariff calculation processes for gas and electricity distribution companies.
He was the director of the natural gas development study in Lima and Callao for OSINERG. He participated as a project manager in developing an integrated Natural Gas and Electricity Model in Bolivia for TRANSREDES S.A. and in the Prospective Study of the national gas and electricity wholesale market in Argentina for the Argentine Association of Portland Cement Manufacturers. He supported the Mexican Energy Regulation Commission in the five-year review of tariffs and efficiency factor of the natural gas transportation permit, called NATIONAL GAS-PIPELINE SYSTEM (SNG).
Prior to the above, he was the Head of Tariffs in ECOGAS, the gas distribution company of the Center and Cuyo Region of Argentina. |
