Ernesto E. Coutsiers graduated with honors in Nuclear Engineering at the Balseiro Institute in Bariloche. He specialized in Management Engineering at the National Technological University and is now a Master's candidate in Business Administration at the same university.
In Quantum he works as a Project Manager in the areas of natural gas, generation, cogeneration and biomass.
He has taken part in various tariff calculation processes for gas and electricity distribution companies in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Peru and Bolivia.
He actively assists the Grupo Gas Natural for its business in Latin America, taking part in the tariff reviews of its distributors.
He has also worked on the economic evaluation of electricity generation, cogeneration and fuel prospects projects.
He previously worked in the areas of Reactor Physics, Fuel Strategy and Internal Logistics at the Embalse Nuclear Power Station. He took postgraduate courses and made presentations in congresses in Argentina and abroad on this field. |
