David Rosemberg is a Senior Consultant at Quantum. He graduated as an Electrical Mechanical Engineer from the National University of Córdoba in 1965. He made postgraduate courses in Nuclear Engineering at the same University and at the National Atomic Energy Commission, and a specialization course in Telesupervision and Telecontrol in several companies in France, under the coordination of ACTIM (Agence pour la Coopération Technique, Industrielle et Économique).
He was a project engineer for several electromechanical construction companies. He was in charge of drawing up and supervising the engineering of electricity transmission, transformer and distribution installations.
As an independent consultant he developed pre-projects of electricity lines and transformer stations and was an adviser in the technical-economic evaluation of the installations for concession of various companies taking part in the privatization process of the Argentine electricity generation and distribution system. |
