Cristina Sorini earned her Psychology degree from the National University of Córdoba. In Quantum she is the Human Resources and Events Manager.
She has been involved in the organization of numerous international seminars in the field of the regulation of public services.
In the business area, she was a Training and Development Analyst for Transax (subsidiary of Ford Motor Co.). She was then an industrial relations manager for CIVE S.A. In 1992 she entered ARCOR Group (world leader in candies) as the Corporate Manager of Human Relations Planning. She later became the Human Resources Strategic Planning Manager for Telecom Personal, and in 1998, she became the Head of Planning and Development for the CORCEMAR /MINETTI Group. She was granted a scholarship from the Italian government and the ILO (International Labor Organization).
She was in charge of the Human Resources specialization at Siglo XXI University Business School. She was in responsible for Training, Communications and Change in the Tri-national “Southern Cone” Project, for the firms in Argentina, Brazil and Chile belonging to the Swiss Holcim group (world leader in cement). |
