Cesar Yori is an electronic engineer, graduating with the highest grade of his year at the National Technological University - Córdoba Region. He holds a post-graduate degree in engineering.
At Quantum he is a senior specialist consultant in the natural gas area. He has taken part in public service company regulation projects and tariff calculation processes for natural gas distribution companies in Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico. He previously worked in the academic field as a researcher and professor in the Clinical Engineering Group belonging to the National Technological University – Córdoba Region.
